How to Order

It’s easy to place an order.
Browse our selection of products and any items you wish to order, then click ‘add to basket’.
When all your items are in the shopping basket, which you can view at any time, click ‘checkout’ to place the order.

All orders placed will be processed within 24 hours, and despatched within 48 hours.

If an item is out of stock, your order may arrive with some items to follow, these will be despatched as soon as stocks become available. Please don’t be concerned, it’s normal practice for us to have items displayed in stock but due to increased demand, items can go out of stock.

Packing and Delivery

We take pride in processing your order immediately and endeavour to despatch the same or next working day.

Delivery is by Royal Mail First Class and is Free within the UK Mainland. A signature will be required.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability, Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product.

Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.

All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.

We take all forms of debit & credit card payments. These are handled by secure servers, directly by our card processors Protx. You can be sure that your details are safe when using this site. Even we don’t see the card details, it's all handled by the secure servers at Protx.

Your card will be debited with the full transaction value before the goods are despatched.

Guarantee and Returns

In the event of you not being 100% happy with any product you order from Giftspecialists, please return it to us within 21 days for a full, no quibble refund or exchange.

To return any goods, customers should contact Giftspecialists by phone 0114 263 1003 or email: returns@giftspecialists.co.uk

Giftspecialists will issue you with a returns order number. Please include your details and the reason for the return. It is vital that you enclose a covering letter with the return detailing your name, full address, order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.

We will then refund your purchase, if required, within seven working days of receiving the returned goods.

Privacy and Security

We want to provide you the best and easiest online shopping experience possible. In order to do this we need to gather certain pieces of confidential information from you.

Your name and address is required in order that our secure billing process may take place.

We ask for your e-mail address and password when you register on the site. You then do not need to re-enter your name and address when you return to the site at a later date. We use your email address to confirm your order and to keep you informed of the progress of your order.

The only other occasion when Giftspecialists will use your e-mail address is, with your permission, to send you from time to time further information on products and special offers. Again, you can refuse our email newsletter when you register.

Your email address will never be disclosed to any third party.

We believe that ordering online with Giftspecialists.co.uk is completely safe. We are fully confident that any unauthorized person or company can not access credit card information entered on our site.

We use Protx Security. The Protx payment system uses a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and high integrity of all sensitive data. Our internet facing web servers are certified by Verisign, this ensures that no third parties can impersonate Protx to obtain secure information.
Data is encrypted to maximum strength.

All data stored on Protx systems is held on encrypted and highly secured databases. Protx are regularly audited by Visa and Mastercard to ensure that their systems conform to the latest security standards.

The process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the internet.

We keep no record of your credit card number, so each time you make a purchase you will have to re-enter the information. We feel it is by far the most secure method of handling credit card numbers.

Other

The contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
